Thank you Ana for a good first experience. Showed up on a Friday with no reservation for two. Took the patio seat due to availability. Our server didn't make it out to us and we were getting frustrated and were considering eating next door. Ana stepped in and served us for the rest of the night. She was knowledgeable, professional, and the main reason we would return. The food was amazing, and we highly recommend the venison. Thank you for my wife's birthday surprise;), we know how you helped us. Would come back, and highly recommend making reservations in advance!
We were all very pleasantly surprised at how flavorful every dish was. My steak was perfectly grilled to medium rare and the roasted half chicken was also excellent. Service is excellent and professional. The wine list may be the best in Augusta available to the public. This was our best dining experience during our stay for the Masters.
Restaurant Management, I am writing to share our wonderful experience at Cork & Flame this evening while celebrating our 19th anniversary. From the moment we entered, we were thoroughly impressed by the service and the delicious food. The host was very inviting, greeting us with a warm smile and providing a complimentary glass of champagne to start our celebration. Our steward, Shaq, was truly exceptional. He was professional, an effective listener, and provided excellent recommendations throughout the evening. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as ensuring our beverages were refilled without us having to ask and folding our napkins whenever we stepped away from the table. The food was delicious with a great variety for a high-end restaurant. Shaq made us feel very comfortable and allowed us to enjoy our evening without any pressure. We also noticed how supportive the rest of the staff was in assisting him with our table; you have an amazing team. Shaq is a true model of excellence in service and is incredibly personable. We highly recommend Cork & Flame and will definitely return in the future.

Truly the best cork and flame experience we have had in a hot minute. The service was genuinely a 10/10. We had come here because our honeymoon was cut short bc of a hurricane. They made us feel so special and like we were still at the resort. Huge shoutout to Alex, our server, and Thomas - the bartender who is also a manager. I told the server I wanted a spicy vodka drink, Thomas genuinely spent some time making sure I had THE drink I wanted. But also, the filet was amazing. Cooked perfectly and cut like butter. My husband LOVED the pork chop and thinks it’s the best one he has ever had.
Reserved a birthday dinner here for my boyfriend I was visiting in town. He doesn't like celebrating, so I was sure to include the note that it was his birthday. I was pleased when we arrived and the hostess acknowledged his birthday. We were seated and our server also acknowledged his birthday. He'd never had bison before so I encouraged him to try it while I got filet mignon. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The server was very attentive and pleasant. We enjoyed the meal and the service. Highly recommended whenever in Evans, GA or the surrounding area.
My family and I came here to celebrate my father’s birthday and had absolutely the best time. Ethan and Emily were amazing, welcoming, with exceptionally fast service. Ethan took the time to explain the menu and drinks to us and was very knowledgeable about everything, this guy is the truth! Our daughter is obsessed with their filet mignon and the whimsical cotton candy tree (they have surprised her with this multiples times), making every visit extra special. The service is attentive without being overbearing, and the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between elegant and welcoming. The sommelier is exceptional, guiding us to perfect wine pairings/bottles that elevate every meal. Also, lately they have been incorporating some filipino inspired dishes and desserts! Our server was fantastic and gave us great recommendations for both food and wine, which really elevated the experience. For dinner, I had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus-the steak was incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the lobster fettuccine, and it was just as delicious. To top it all off, we loved the wine so much that we took a bottle home with us. It was truly a memorable dining experience, and I will definitely be back!
What a great evening. We celebrated our 22nd anniversary with an outstanding meal served by a team that made sure our every need was covered. Amy K. was our Attendant, Gonzalo Moraga was our Sommelier both are fantastic. We had several team members visit our table to congratulate us, much appreciated. We were greated with Champagne, ordered wrapped dates and oysters for appetizers. Main dish was lobster and duck, paired with an outstanding wine as shown in the photo. Dessert was a tiara masue paired with capachino. Don't let the location fool you, once you step inside you will be impressed. Highly recommend and thanks again to Cork and Flame for an outstanding experience. Note: Carnations are Myleen's favorite flower. Ever since we were married I present to her, Red and White carnations on anniversary day. This year, 22 Red for years married and 23 White for years we have known each other.
